Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing merchandise efficiently to fulfill store orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate and organize merchandise in the warehouse.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborate with the team, and drive for success.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
