1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a warehouse setting.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
