1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This position offers competitive hourly wages starting at up to $24.00 per hour, based on shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in taking inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
