Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleaning duties.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods.
