Job Description
We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling orders efficiently while maintaining the warehouse's appearance and safety standards. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
- Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and general cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Work in various temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
