Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Experience with warehouse operations is a plus.
