Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate position at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of store orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Average Hours
30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage
Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Schedules
- Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
- Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
- Schedule B: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays
- Schedule C: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend
- Schedule D: Monday-Friday
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
