Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate selection, relocation, loading, and unloading of merchandise. Your responsibilities will include maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory counts, and cooperating with peers and warehouse leadership. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
