Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As part of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. Shift
1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise.
- Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
