Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
