1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring products are received, sorted, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
