We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Working Hours

30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage

Up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to adapt to change.
