1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour for 30-35 hours per week on the 1st shift, starting at 7:00 AM. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. There are various work schedules available to accommodate different preferences. As a member of our warehouse team, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality control.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
