1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain high-quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaborative work environment.
• Adaptable, drives for success, and organizes work efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in various temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
