1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers have access to our quality products. Our warehouse operations are vital to maintaining the flow of goods to our stores and meeting customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization, execution, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
