1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Our warehouse associates typically work less than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
