1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations. Our team ensures accurate and timely delivery of products to our stores, providing exceptional service to our customers. This role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. You will be working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and ongoing support to excel in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
