Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. The position involves physical tasks, collaboration with team members, and adherence to safety guidelines. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with team members.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to challenges.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
