Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Independently handle responsibilities within the assigned area.
- Assist in achieving budget goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and report issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment. Work in varying temperatures and environments.
