1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dedicated team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide comprehensive training and safety programs to ensure the success of our team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for efficient shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
