1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise in the warehouse, preparing for shipment, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with peers and leadership, provide input for process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform various physical tasks, operate powered equipment, and work in different temperatures.
