Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler and be a part of our warehouse operations ensuring efficient receiving, selecting, and delivery of products to our stores. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training and safety programs to excel in your role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize, relocate, load, and unload merchandise as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvement suggestions and budget goals.
• Participate in inventory counts and quality inspections.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
