1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Contribute to process improvement and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Organized, efficient, and adheres to company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
