1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive wage ranging from $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. The role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and quality control.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
