Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our customers' satisfaction. As a part-time position with flexible hours, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including stock selection, merchandise organization, loading, cleaning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and move merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
