1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Receive, relocate, sort, and load merchandise.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
• Inspect products, promote safety, and contribute to process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
