Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to challenges, demonstrate resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
