Job Description: 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are hiring for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. Starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently selects and receives incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts and collaborates effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provides input for process improvement and ensures adherence to safety guidelines.
• Inspects products for quality and alerts management of any concerns.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lifts and moves products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and work in varying temperatures.
