1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading company in the industry. This is a full-time position offering 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
