Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and preparing merchandise for store deliveries, organizing warehouse inventory, and collaborating with team members to achieve targets. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
