Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
