1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The starting wage is up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. This position requires working on 1st Shift with a 7:00 AM start time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
