Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise according to guidelines.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
