1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• General cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational and efficiency skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and physically demanding environments.
