1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The position requires cooperation with peers, effective communication, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in inventory management and process improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic, collaboration with the team, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physical agility to perform warehouse tasks.
