1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. You will be responsible for various duties, such as receiving and relocating stock, sorting and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and stand, bend, and walk throughout the warehouse.
