1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position averaging 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Bi-weekly weekends
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory management.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality and safety.
• Meet productivity goals within company guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret, communicate, and follow company policies.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
