1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. Various schedules are currently available for this position.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation and loading/unloading processes.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Perform various physical tasks in different warehouse environments.
