We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring the efficient handling of products for delivery to our stores. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
