1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse while adhering to handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
