1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments in preparation for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
