Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
