Job Description
We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, organizing, loading, and unloading items.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
- Independently make decisions within your area of responsibility.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately.
Requirements

Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
