1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare products strategically for shipment and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
