1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions efficiently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
