1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in handling stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and operate equipment safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
