1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. You will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders by selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
