1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and collaborating with peers and leadership to maintain warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with teams.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Follow company policies and procedures to achieve budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
