1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, relocate, sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
