Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse team. As a vital member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring our stores are well-stocked and deliveries are efficient.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drive for success and efficiency in organization and execution.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Comfortable working in variable temperatures and physical environments.
